Our 3-step process
A clear path from pain to performance.
No guesswork and no cookie-cutter programs. Here's what working with Synergy looks like, from your first evaluation to your last visit.
-
Feel better
You don't have to push through the pain. Our first priority is helping you feel better, faster. We find the root cause of your back pain, sports injury, or nagging joint discomfort, then build a plan that brings real relief, not a temporary fix.
What you'll experience
- A thorough one-on-one evaluation
- Hands-on care and pain relief strategies
- A clear plan for moving forward
-
Move better
This is where healing turns into rebuilding. We restore strength, mobility, and stability so you're not just out of pain, you're back in control of your body.
What you'll gain
- A customized movement and strength program
- Better balance, posture, and mobility
- Confidence returning to work, sport, and daily life
-
Stay better
Once you feel and move better, we focus on keeping you there. You'll leave with the tools, strength, and know-how to prevent the next setback.
What you'll take home
- A home exercise program you can actually follow
- Injury prevention strategies for life
- Strength that holds up in the Phoenix heat and beyond

“I would never imagine going to PT would help reduce my chronic upper and lower back pain after I was rear ended… The office is always clean and smells nice. I would highly recommend coming here.”

“I've been in pain for months, and finally decided to come in and give PT a try again, and I am so grateful that I'm here… Most people are just trying to treat a symptom and not the cause.”

Good questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a doctor's referral to start physical therapy?
In most cases, no. Arizona allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can book with us without seeing a doctor first. Some insurance plans still require a referral for coverage. Give us a call and we'll check your plan for you.
I was in a car accident. Can you help?
Yes. We regularly treat whiplash, neck and back strain, and other injuries from car accidents. Symptoms often show up days later, so it's worth getting checked even if you feel "mostly fine." Bring any claim information to your first visit.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Your photo ID, insurance card, a list of current medications, and any imaging or surgical notes you have. Wear comfortable clothes you can move in, and plan to arrive a few minutes early.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on your condition, goals, and how long you've been dealing with it. After your evaluation, your therapist will give you an honest estimate and a plan, and we'll adjust as you progress. Recovery isn't always linear, and that's okay.
Do you accept insurance?
We work with many insurance plans. Coverage varies, so call us at (623) 259-9926 and we'll verify your benefits before your first visit.
Is physical therapy only for after surgery?
Not at all. PT helps with everyday aches, sports injuries, posture problems, and pain that won't go away, often before it turns into something bigger.
